Harold Collins has always been a champion for education, ensuring that every child in Shelby County has access to quality learning opportunities. That’s why he is in schools, reading to children and sharing the importance of education firsthand.
As a leader in the planning of the new Frayser High School, Harold is committed to providing modern, state-of-the-art learning environments for our students. He is also working to ensure that a new school in East Shelby County becomes a reality, giving more families access to the resources their children need to succeed. Because when it comes to investing in our future, Experience Matters!
